Reports take approximately 30 minutes to update, please make sure that you have waited at least 30 minutes before you decide there is a problem.

1. Check your tracking status:

In the settings page, check your tracking status. It should say 'Receiving data'.

2. View HTML source:

Check your page source by selecting 'View Source' from your browser's menu and find your player source code. Verify that your player flash variables include 'anvtracker=XXXXXX' option.

3. Use anvdebug flash variable:

You can activate the debug feature in the analytics module by setting 'anvdebug=true' flash variable. Check out 'Test the Integration' sections in respective player help pages.

If your tracking code is installed right and verified with the debug option, but you still don't see any activity in your account in 30 minutes, please visit 'Why am I not seeing any data in my reports?' section.

First, please verify that your tracking code is installed correctly. Visit 'How do I know that my tracking code is installed correctly?' section. If your tracking code is installed correctly, and you still don't see any data after 30 minutes, check out the possible reasons below:

Incorrect filter setting:

If there is a problem with your filter settings, your data may be filtered out unintentionally. Make sure filter settings are correct. You may want to temporarily disable filters to rule out this possibility.

Monitoring with wrong tracking id:

If you have multiple tracking accounts, you may be looking at the wrong account. Make sure you are using correct tracking id in the player integration.

Outdated flash plugin or player version:

Make sure the latest version of Flash plugin (9.x or higher) is installed on your system. If you are using JW player, verify that its version is 4.1 or above.
